Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to place an order. Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency selected at checkout and include applicable taxes where required. Payment is taken at the time the order is confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of a pricing error or suspected fraud.

Authenticity

Every piece is authenticated by our atelier prior to dispatch. We document provenance for select archival items on request.

Intellectual Property

All content on the site — including imagery, copy, and the Cellabens marks — is owned by Cellabens Ltd or used under licence and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cellabens is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London.
