Shipping

We offer complimentary tracked shipping worldwide on every order. Pieces are dispatched within two business days from our atelier and arrive in our signature packaging.

Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped within the EU and UK are delivered duties-paid. International clients may be responsible for local duties on arrival; these are clearly indicated at checkout where applicable.

Returns

You may return any unworn piece within 30 days of receipt for a full refund to the original payment method. Items must be returned with all tags, dust bags, and authentication cards intact.

How to Return

Email concierge@cellabens.com with your order number to receive a prepaid return label and instructions. Refunds are processed within five business days of the atelier receiving your return.

Final Sale

Personalised pieces, intimate accessories, and items marked "Archive — Final Sale" cannot be returned unless faulty.
